I’m attending the 2007 NAR Convention this week here in Las Vegas. We’re hoping for 30,000 attendees this year. The Venetian and the Wynn are the headquarters hotels and all of the meetings are at the Sands Expo Center behind the Venetian.

Over the next 5 days I will be attending seminars, listening to both inspirational and motivational speakers, as well as learning new technologies for improving my business and the service I provide to my clients and customers. I’ll report to you each day with my activities.

One of the great things about Las Vegas meetings is that people come from many more places, just to see what is going on here. I have already spoken to agents from Michigan, Illinois, Massachusetts, Illinois, and even a couple here from the country of Belize! While registering for a class, I even picked up a potential new client here in Las Vegas, just by answering a couple of questions for the lady signing me up.

Tonite is the inaugural dinner for next year’s NAR officers. It should be quite enjoyable, as there are 3 or 4 tables of people from Las Vegas sitting together. I’ll tell you about it in tomorrow’s post.
